Process Gas Chromatograph

The ProGC-3600 industrial chromatograph is equipped with automatic sampling, pretreatment and sample injection system, explosion-proof and protective design, and can be widely used for the concentration of gas and gasifiable liquid components in various production stages in oil refining, petrochemical, chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceutical and electric power fields. The industrial chromatograph is different from the bench chromatograph in the laboratory, which is designed with the high-accuracy program-controlled column switching and column system sample injection technology to quickly analyze and obtain the components to be tested.

Measuring Principle

The detection principle of gas chromatograph is shown in the figure below. After the component gas to be tested is pretreated, the sample is collected through the sample injection valve, and the sample gas is brought into the chromatographic column by the carrier gas. Due to different characteristics of the effect of stationary phase in the chromatographic column on different components in the sample, the speed of each component flowing out of the chromatographic column is different, so that the components in the sample are separated from each other and successively flow out of the chromatographic column and then into the detector, and the chromatogram is output through the detector. Finally, qualitative and quantitative analyses are carried out to each component.
